Terms & Conditions
- This quotation is subject to mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
- All costs are based on the requirements as outlined in the quotation; changes to the requirements after acceptance of quotation may result in additional charges and affect the timeline of deliverables.
- No amendments or modifications to the project’s requirements shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties, major changes will be postponed to the next phase.
- This quotation may be terminated by either party on fourteen (14) days’ advance written notice.
- Validity of Quote: Ten (10) days from the date of proposal date.
- Both parties have agreed to the payment arrangement of RM650x3 with Atome Instalment.
- Any additional scope of work not listed in the above quotation will be quoted separately.
- Amount quoted does not include ANY third-party resource costs such as purchase of any photos, font, paper, printing, digital assets, and video creation.
- Recurring Annual Fee of Yearly RM450 for Renewal of Domain, Hosting, Email, SSL Certificate, and Website Maintenance.
